This stunning villa is located 2,5 km from Cortona. Recently renovated and nicely furnished, it is an 18th century Tuscan stone house. Surrounded by olive trees and facing south, with lovely views across the valley below. It is very private and quiet with trails and small roads nearby; lovely for morning walks.

Recent renovations have provided new amenities in the house such as air conditioning, washer and dryer, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, wifi connection throughout the house, a computer connection, satellite TV, DVD, central heating and a private pool with garden. There is also a wonderful limonaia (conservatory) constructed from wrought iron and insulated glass, where guests can enjoy a relaxing daytime break, with a book or afternoon tea even in the winter time. It is also a perfect rendezvous for evening drinks.

Villa San Pietro can host 10 people. Over 2 floors, there are 5 bedrooms; 3 King size, 1 Queen size and 1 bedroom with twin beds, all with connecting bathrooms. All of the bathrooms have large showers and the master bathroom has a bathtub as well.

There are 5 rooms on the groundfloor including a fully equipped and modern kitchen and separate dining room with seating for 12. There are 2 working fireplaces, in the dining room and kitchen. In addition, there is a large sitting room with satellite tv and comfortable sofas, the entry hall with a daybed and comfortable arm chairs and a King bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

From the hall there is access by stairs to the first floor. On this level there are 3 ensuite bedrooms. All of the bedrooms in the villa are air conditioned. Outside the main house, there is a separate building with an ensuite King bedroom.

In the garden, which is accessible from all of the rooms on the ground floor as well as the limonaia, there is a swimming pool with sunchairs as well as a dining table and chairs for outdoor dining. The dining terrace, garden and pool areas are illuminated at night. There is parking for 5 cars.
