The house is set in 5 acres of land with olive trees, a chestnut forest and a stream running through. The land needs lot of work to be fully accessible.

The House is in an ideal location for visiting Florence, Montecatini Alto, Montecatini Terme, Lucca, Siena, Pisa, Viareggio, San Gimignano, Cinque Terra and the Chianti Trail.
